James Cameron’s Avatar.

I missed Cameron’s panel at Comic Con this year and never saw any trailers for this movie.  I went in blind with no expectations.  Equipped with a 13 dollar movie ticket and some 3D glasses, I came out of the theater almost 3 hours later satisfied.  Movie was filled with CGI special effects, which was done pretty well.  Amazing lighting and visual angles, it makes you forget it is all computer generated.   Being the first 3D movie I’ve seen since JAWs 3…. I’d say movies have come a long way.

I highly recommend this movie if you like sci-fi fantasy or are a James Cameron fan.  James Cameron brought back the pre-Titanic excitement in his movies.
